Elyssa is a junior at Castilleja School, Palo Alto, California. As childhood is closely connected to adult hood, she is super passionate about starting healthy habits early to prevent chronic disease in the future. This is Elyssa's first year on the Teen Lifestyle Medicine board and is super excited to start a lifestyle medicine club with hopes to reach as many teens as possible!
