Teen Lifestyle Medicine Student Board
The Teen Lifestyle Medicine Board is a youth-led leadership team dedicated to advancing teen health through science-backed education, outreach, and advocacy. In partnership with Stanford Lifestyle Medicine, our board empowers teens to lead change in their schools, communities, and online spaces by promoting the core pillars of lifestyle medicine — including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and social connection.
Board members help shape national initiatives, support local club leaders, and collaborate with healthcare professionals and fellow teens across the country. Whether you’re passionate about public health, interested in medicine, or simply want to make a positive impact, this is your chance to be part of a movement that’s changing the future of youth wellness.

However, we strongly encourage applicants to consider starting a club if one doesn’t already exist at their school. Board members play a key role in helping grow our movement locally and nationally.
