Marissa Chung

Marissa graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Science and earned her Master of Science in Medicine from Stanford School of Medicine. She is passionate about empowering people to optimize their health and prevent disease through natural lifestyle changes and nourishing food. Marissa enjoys cooking, spending time in nature, building meaningful connections, and embracing the fullness of life.

With a strong focus on prevention research and medical education, Marissa developed and piloted a case-based lifestyle medicine curriculum for medical and physician assistant students at Stanford. She also created and now directs Stanford’s Lifestyle Medicine Summer Program for High Schoolers. Marissa is dedicated to helping others live healthier, more purposeful lives.
